I strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days of payment. Items are shipped via USPS standard or first class mail, unless you have arranged for priority mail shipping in advance of your purchase. You will receive notification and a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location. For international customers, to include a phone number on the customs form, please contact me. This is sometimes required. This will help prevent package loss or delays in customs. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
If you are happy with your purchase, please tell a friend. If you are not completely satisfied, please tell me. Your satisfaction is my greatest goal. Please contact me within 2 business days of item receipt to discuss refunds or exchanges. Items MUST be returned for refund exchange.
